PROPERTY INSURANCE

Dwelling
Your home plus any attached structures (ex: garage or carport).What is normally considered part of your dwelling: your house, attached garage, built-in appliances, attached decks, wall-to-wall carpeting, and attached sheds.

Other Structures
Structures on your residence property not attached to your dwelling. What is considered an other structure: detached garages, gazebos, detached decks, greenhouses, driveways, docks, detached sheds, animal enclosures, fences, and in-ground swimming pools.

Personal Property
Household contents and other personal belongings used, owned, worn or carried by you or your family -- whether they are at home or anywhere else in the world.

Loss of Use
Reimbursement for any increase in expenses over and above your usual expenses, so that your household can maintain its usual standard of living, until you move back into your home after a covered loss which makes your house unfit to live in.

Loss of Rents
Reimbursement for loss of rents to you due to damage or destruction from a covered loss which make the rental unit unfit to live in by your tenant.

Liability
Pays for damage or injury you accidentally cause to others for which you are legally responsible for paying.

Medical Payments to Others
Injury to others on your property including medical, surgical, x-ray, dental, ambulance, hospital and even funeral expenses.

Personal Injury
Covers you against responsibility for personal injury to others for false arrest, libel, slander, and invasion of privacy. Also includes detention, imprisonment or malicious prosecution, defamation of character, wrongful eviction and wrongful entry.

Replacement Cost
Reimburses for the current cost to replace or repair lost or damaged property.

Actual Cash Value
The balance after a deduction for depreciation (wear and tear) is taken from the replacement value.
